We believe the infrastructure that will form the backbone of the next generation of Ethereum wallets will be built by a very small group of exceptional people. The productivity gap between exceptional and average in engineering can easily be more than an order of magnitude. As is the nature of early-stage startups, one must develop fluency in skills across many domains. In one day, an engineer might work on any one of:

• Infrastructure/cloud engineering
• Backend blockchain script development
• Ethereum node (e.g. geth, nethermind) modifications
• Smart contract development

We want boots-on-the-ground engineers who will be designing, writing, and reviewing code (no managers)

Our team members also:

• Are left to autonomously figure out the solutions to their challenges
• Value clear, frequent communication
• Uphold best practices in engineering, security, and design
• Feel a great sense of accountability to each other

You might be the wrong fit if:

• You consider yourself very specialized and uncomfortable outside your comfort zone (e.g. only want to code in Rust)
• Writing production-worthy code is something you tend to avoid
